Community service rewarded

On Wednesday, April 22, fourteen students, accompanied by Ms. Cushing and Ms. Grove, were rewarded for their dedication to community service at the Candlewood Valley Nursing Home.

Each year the nursing home hosts a dinner to honor those who continuously come and volunteer their time with the residents. The students that attended are those who regularly volunteer their time at bingo each week. The students dined on pasta and sandwiches accompanied by chips and salad. For dessert a beautiful cake was presented. The students had a great time singing and dancing.
