Glenholme celebrates alumni

The Glenholme School celebrated student accomplishments with their first annual Alumni Day on August 18. A group of Glenholme graduates, former students, and parents returned to the school for a leisurely afternoon with staff and faculty where they reminisced, shared their ambitions, and enjoyed the rehearsal for this summer's theatrical production, "High School Musical Jr."

Updates on the visiting alumni include an array of interesting employment and activities. Employment fields span lighting technician and stagehand for Broadway to a fish hatchery technician. Several students are furthering their educational studies, two enrolled in specific concentrations including medical assistant and Hatchery Management; while another is seeking training opportunities to become equestrian instructor for children with special needs.

It was a great day for all, as the connection between Glenholme staff and alumni remain strong. Next year's Alumni Day promises an even greater turnout and we'll continue to watch this event grow into a highly anticipated annual event.
