Glenholme celebrates Graduation 2008

On Wednesday, June 25, family, friends and classmates gathered to celebrate the graduation of sixteen Glenholme seniors: JJ B, Sam B, Scott B, Brett B, Emily H, Zach L, Dan M, Chaim M, Sam M, Ben R, Alex R, Matt S, Max T, Sebastian W, James Y and Morgan Y. This the largest group Glenholme has ever graduated.

In addition, Chadd B, Jeremy B, Chad B, Weston B, Shaun C, David D, Michael D, Anthony G, Lynnie H, Aleks K, Kirk M, Jared O and Jennifer W celebrated their transition from Glenholme.

The ceremony featured a keynote address by Connecticut State Senator Andrew Roraback as well as heartfelt speeches from seniors Dan M, Sam B and Scott B. Dan was also presented with the Citizenship Award by the Town of Washington, and he and Zach were both given Scholarship Awards in the amount of $1000 from Glenholme. These new awards were to be spent on technology needs for the next steps in the students' education.
